Help Murali to Fight Life Threatening Neurological Illness

Dear Friends and Kind Supporters,

I NuthanSai Battini reaching out with an urgent appeal to help my dear friend, Murali Sai Penaganti, an Industrial Engineering masters student from Wichita state University who is currently hospitalized at Wesley Medical Center Main, battling a severe and life-threatening neurological condition—new onset refractory status Epilepticus and super refractory status epilepticus, Auto immune enccephalitis, Coccidioidomycosis Fungi and Meningitis Virus. His condition has required intubating (Ventilator) for several days (March 13 2025 to Till Date), and his prognosis remains critical if the seizures do not subside.

Murali is an incredible person—kind, hardworking, and full of life. Unfortunately, his deteriorating health has left him unable to support himself, and his parents, who are in India, are desperately hoping to be by his side. However, financial constraints make it difficult for them to travel to the U.S. on an emergency visa.
