Help Muriel and Capra Rebuild After Wildfire

Hello, we are Lillian and Emma Lee. Our baby sister, Muriel, and her roommate, Capra, recently lost everything in the devastating Pacific Palisades fire. Their apartment was completely destroyed, leaving nothing behind. Unfortunately, as of January 10th, their insurance has denied their claim, resulting in them having no alternative source of compensation.

Muriel and Capra had recently moved to the area and worked hard to create a beautiful, cozy home they were proud of and had thoughtfully furnished and decorated. In the chaos of the evacuation, there was little time to save any personal belongings, and now they are left with almost nothing but the clothes they were wearing.

We know how many others in the Palisades have experienced immense loss and every situation carries its own weight. Muriel and Capra lost belongings that held sentimental value, tied to cherished memories and family connections—things that can never truly be replaced. Along with these irreplaceable items, they also lost nearly all of their everyday essentials.
