Help my baby sister Dawn fight cancer

Hi everyone, I am fundraising for my sister, Dawn. She is just beginning the road to fighting Stage 4 colon cancer that as spread to her liver. Her cancer is very aggressive. She has had her port put in, a colonoscopy, and iron infusion. Her CEA lab was done and normal numbers are 0-4 but hers is 27000. Her first treatment of chemo will be 46 hours. She will have three weeks of treatment before the doctors do another scan to see how she responds. If they shrink it enough she may be able to have surgery to remove the remainder from her colon. Right now the tumor is a wide as her colon. Her HSA card has been used up already and now everything is out of pocket. It won't take long for it to be used up starting next year also. She has to pay $240.00 for her copay for chemo every two weeks. She is currently working full time to try and pay these bills down.

Dec 7, 2022 we lost our dad to cancer and dementia. She has three wonderful children and the youngest is 19. Her middle son is mentally disabled and will need care for his entire life. She is a wonderful mom. Her oldest is trying to hold everything and everyone together. She gives her all to her children while working full time. She is not one to take a handout, but now she really needs help. I can’t even wrap my head around the thought of how long this road my be for her. I won’t believe she had limited time on this earth. Her doctor is not giving a definitive time other than saying he is not God and people have survived with 2 years this illness, and that everyone is different. She will be one of God’s miracles.  

I am a cancer survivor of 9 years with multiple myeloma. I am still on chemo taking an oral chemo 21 days per month every month. My road has not quite finished yet either. I am fighting to be here too.
