Help my baby with her medical expenses please

My baby Lucy has been hospitalized! She Was having a seizure due to low glucose levels. The vet says it’s possibly a tumor (insulinoma) creating too much insulin for her body and causing her sugar and heart rate to go down dramatically, we are expecting test results for confirmation very soon. I really want to be able to afford the surgery when the time comes and help with her current treatment/hospitalization. Anything will help I would be so grateful I don’t want anything to happen to her. She is the most sweetest loving dog. Please help me help her
