Help My Beautiful Niece Get Buried

My niece died in a random shooting on maddelin and monarch yesterday morning .. on ( 03/21/22 ) her name was ( Ciera Wells ) , my niece was driving her truck down maddelin going towards gratiot driving to the grocery store on 7 mile when somebody shot at her vehicle with my younger niece collin ( 12 ) and their mother also inside … she just turned 20 march 20th didn’t even start her life at all yet . she was such a beautiful soul and never had problems with ANYBODY . This was random and unjustified and probably forever will be cause Dpd can’t never do they job right . ambulance NEVER even came we sat there with my niece slumped over in the driver seat for almost 20 mins while Dpd tried to clear and move us from the scene .. after waiting all this time and yelling at them they finally put her in a squad car and drove to St. john’s hospital where she passed away at .. honestly i think she passed before hand considering how long they took just to even attempt to help my niece … I want this situation made known it’s too many young females dying for no reason and now it happened to my family we just don’t know what to do or where to start right now .. anything will help us literally in this situation
