Living costs for Gaza family

*URGENT, CHILDREN FACING TRAUMA FROM WAR *

-children are not able to sleep , rarely eat and are triggered by any small sound. 

Hello , my name is WESAM and I am originally from Gaza but reside in the UK. I am trying to save and rebuild the life of my remaining family members by raising funds on behalf of my younger brother Fady Hassan ZAKOUT a PHD graduate who is looking to evacuate Gaza to try and build a new life elsewhere and support his 5 children

all of whom are under the age of 12 and wife. 

The purpose of the fundraiser is to cover the expenses of the leaving Gaza via Rafah border and to an employment opportunity that is already waiting for him in Cairo , Egypt where he can attempt to build his life free of the death and destruction in Gaza. 

Breakdown of cost : 

For 2 adults over 18 (Fady and his wife) : $15000 ( £11200)

For 5 children under 18 : $10000 ( £7900)

For cost of living in Egypt such as rent and basic necessities such as food and water : £40,000

The money will be sent to Egypt via money gram to friend of Fady and he will pay it to Hala company office in Cairo and will register Fady and his family for evacuation. 

Fady and his family lived a very happy life in Gaza city, while he worked at the prestigious college university of applied science. Naturally after the beginning of the war , he has not received any salary and therefore has been out of money for the last 5 months trying to scrape whatever he can to feed his family. They resided in Al Karama neighbourhood in the north of Gaza , which experienced one of the most violent bombing campaigns at the beginning of the war and resulted in the whole neighbourhood being demolished including the house of my brother as shown in the picture resulting in it not being safe to live in.

He had recently renovated his house spending over $50000 on it , so you can only try and fathom the mental state he and his family are in right now knowing they have nothing to return to …
