Help my brother, Zac Dech pay for hospital bills

Hi family, friends and wonderful people who have found there way to this page! My brother, Zac Dech suffered an injury at his comunal workshop using a table saw and cut 3 of his fingers off. After 14 hours in surgery they were able to reattach all 3 and are hopeful he will be able to use them all. Zac applied for insurance recently through his new job and was approved.... for next month. The hospital has an insurance that we’re hoping will cover some of the cost but we know even with insurance this is going to be a very(VERY) high bill. If you know Zac I’m sure you know just how incredible he is and seeing him in both mental and physical pain is brutal. Any amount of money would be so appreciated and helpful as would be all of the love, prayers, positive energy and support through this upcoming long journey for Zac. Thank you so much
