Help my brother Rick

Hello my name is Catherine, my oldest brother Rick is in need of a double lung transplant. My brother served in the US Marine Corp in Beruit and Guam. Her served his country now the VA is failing him. He needs this transplant to save his life, to see his children, grand-children and great grand-children grow up.
