Help my cake business survive

Jag älskar det jag gör. I min lilla firma skapar jag läckra konstverk för människor till deras viktigaste tillfällen i livet såsom bröllop, dop och födelsedagar. Tårtorna fyller jag med den lenaste marängsmörkrämen och de skira sockerrosorna skapar jag för hand av det sötaste sockret. Mina praliner fyller jag med bland annat munvattnande kola-fyllning eller lena chokladganacher.

Men nu är mitt lilla företag hotat. Sedan coronautbrottet är människor begränsade i saker som hur de jobbar, sociala kontakter och allmän konsumtion. Det märks obehagligt mycket för mig. De väljer att fira sin födelsedag vid andra tillfällen och de kommer inte in i butiken för att unna sig något gott till fredagsmyset längre.

Jag har en enskild firma. Det innebär bland annat att jag själv är personligt ansvarig för alla skulder och avtal i företaget. Detta till skillnad från ett aktiebolag som är en juridisk person där inga näringsidkare blir personligt drabbade. Därför sträcker jag nu ut en hand till er för att be om hjälp. Alla bidrag, stora som små, är ett steg i riktning mot att jag kan fortsätta driva min lilla firma och göra det jag älskar – att göra folk glada (och mätta).

I love what I do. In my little business I create delicious works of art for people in their most important moment in life such as weddings, baptisms and birthdays. I fill the cakes with the smoothest meringue butter cream and I create the sweetest sheer sugar flowers by hand. My pralines are filled with mouth watering caramel filling or smooth chocolate ganaches. But my little company is threatened. Since the corona outbreak people are limited in the way they work, people they meet and general consumption. That is painfully noticeable for me. People porspone or cancel their celebrations and they no longer visit me in my little cake shop in order to treat themselves to something sweet for the weekend. I have a business that is a sole proprietorship. That means that I am personally responsible for all liabilities and agreements in my company. If the company falls, I fall. This is different from other businesses. That is why I now reach out to you for help. All contributions, small or big, are a help for me in my struggle to save my business and to continue doing what I love – making people happy (and satisfied).
