Help my cat and I get a place please!

So to start off with, my roommates are jerks. They have a 4 year old daughter who consistently screams and I can't even study or attend online classes. It has been stressing me and my cat out to the point where she hides under my bed and doesn't come out until she stops. This wasn't a problem before but because our lease is coming to and end soon, they have become the most horrible people I have ever lived with. They have put me in such a bad spot by not paying their portion in full and I had no choice but to sell my Switch with everything attached just to prevent eviction. Unfortunately, because of this, the money I had saved for the new apartment was used for their missing portion of the rent. I currently don't make enough since they cut my hours at work. It is enough to cover my portion of the rent and also to guarantee my cat's food and litter. I have tried everything to help but I keep getting denied everywhere. this is my last resort. I have even resorted to eating once a day just to make sure I can make it. I hate that my cat has to be stressed while I am gone because my roommates don't care about my cat or myself. They have been doing this on purpose for a while and it is getting worse. Every time I come home, my cat cries as soon as I walk through the door. She use to be able to come up to the front door but since they have began treating us this way, she no longer comes out of my room. It hurts so much to see her stressed out. Please help. Anything counts. I just want my cat and I to live a better life.
