Hello, my name is Mahmoud, and I’m sponsoring this urgent GoFundMe campaign on behalf of my cousin's wife and their children, who are living through unimaginable hardship in Gaza due to the ongoing war. They were forced from their homes by relentless bombings and are now living in makeshift tents in Rafah, enduring constant airstrikes and unsafe conditions. Struggling with Illness and Injury

Since being displaced, my cousin's family has been living in a tent with no access to clean water, adequate sanitation, or healthcare. Unfortunately, these conditions have caused severe health problems for the children. My youngest nephew, Abdullah, contracted hepatitis due to the unsanitary conditions.

Additionally, the lack of proper shelter and medical facilities has worsened the health of many displaced children like Abdullah, with illnesses such as skin infections and other diseases spreading rapidly.

A Baby Born in the War Zone

In the midst of this chaos, my cousin’s wife gave birth to a baby. They are facing the tremendous challenge of raising a newborn in such dangerous and unsanitary conditions. The birth certificate, issued during the war by the Ministry of Interior, is a heartbreaking reminder of the circumstances in which this child came into the world.

A Family in Desperate Need

To make matters worse, my cousin’s husband has been seriously wounded during one of the bombings. Their eldest son, Mohammed, was also injured in an airstrike that happened near their tent. The trauma and suffering this family has endured is unimaginable, yet they continue to fight for survival.

The family, like thousands of others in Gaza, has been displaced from their home, and they are now enduring life in tents in Rafah, constantly exposed to bombings. The conditions they are living in are horrifying, with little food, no clean water, and no access to proper medical care. Every day is a struggle for survival.
