Help my Co-Worker with medical monthly bills

Update. She LOST her job because of her time away! Unacceptable. And now will lose her insurance
I am Andrew and I'm starting this for my co-worker. She was told that she needs to have a tumor removed and will out of work 2 week. She does not have any pto, vacation or sick time yet and will have to have it off with no pay. She is scared of how she is going to pay bills and is very afraid and I'm afraid that if we don't step up as friends and family that she will forgo this surgery and could put her in harm. Please help!! I figure she can use money to make sure her bill are paid, she can get Door dash or ship for groceries so she does not drive anyway and heals.
