Help my dad, Eweun Kettles- paralysed by accident
Donation protected
*This is the official GoFundMe page for the Kettles family set up by Jennifer Kettles, daughter of Eweun.
My father, Eweun has been passionate about vintage motorcycles since his early teens.
He is the most wonderful husband, father and kind-hearted man loved by many within the oil & gas industry and the motorcycling community.
We are absolutely heartbroken that my father has been involved in an extremely serious motorcycle accident which has left him paralysed from the waist down.
Through the sorrow, love and sheer determination we are reaching out to fund this campaign to financially support us to build and maintain a dignified and happy new life for my father when he is released home from intensive care and a period of intense rehabilitation.
VISION:
*Wheelchair accessible workshop- including accessible machinery and features where my dad can continue to exercise his true passion- mechanics & engineering! And maintain mental health
*Mobility aid- We are anticipating that my father will need a motorised vehicle to assist his daily movement
*Hoists and medical equipment-
*Structural adaptations to doors/ entrances
*Ramps to access home
*Wet Room installed for personal hygiene and accessibility
*New vehicle which can transport my father and enable us to take him out to areas of local beauty
*Labour costs for professional care assistance to support my mother’s wellbeing whilst caring for my father's disability.
If you would like to assist with the financial pressure that will assist to add immeasurable impact and value to my father's life, we would be grateful beyond measure.
All funds will be treated with utmost integrity and will go directly to assisting my fathers journey to regain mobility in the most dignified way possible to assure his quality of life and recovery following this horrific accident.
Thank you with all our hearts,
Jennifer Kettles and Sally Kettles
