REPOST An incident occurred TODAY 1/1/21 around 11 AM in the Western Pico area, near Mid City (L.A.) A Latino Male was attacked by an Asian male for no apparent reason. The victim was working on a car minding his own business when the Asian male walked over and started making racist remarks. Previous to the verbal confrontation, the Latino male had already been struck once by the assailant. After some moments, the assailant attacked again. The victim now needs reconstructive surgery on his upper lip and dental reconstruction as well. We are starting a @gofundme to help cover medical expenses and lawyer costs for the victim so they can take this to court. If you or someone you know is a lawyer please reach out with your information. We MUST hold the assailant ACCOUNTABLE. It’s the new year and there’s still blatantly ignorant acts happening.
