Help my dad get through his cancer

Hey my name is Justin and my father is battling lymphoma a cancer near his vocal chords that was obstructing his breathing. He just got a tracheotomy and will need healthcare at home his son( which is me) is dealing with kidney failure(on dialysis) is struggling to work full time to keep our home and take care of my father.
