Help my dad Jim Maples get medical equipment

Hi everyone my dad had a stroke in November leaving him weak and needing more help so we made the hard decision to put him in an assisted living home. He has been in his new home for a week and we have found there are a few things medicare won't cover that would make his daily living alot easier. Since having his stroke his regular recliner is so hard for him to get out of and he needs help to get up from 2 caregivers so I am keeping to purchase a lift recliner for him to get our of easier second we need to purchase a pole that goes next to his bed so he can get in and out easier. I would greatly appreciate any help and so would he.
