Help my dad with his meds and treatment

So this is really hard for me but the man next to me in this photo is my father and is a major part of not only my life but my entire families lives.

 

My dad, Bud, was just recently diagnosed with  stage 4 metastatic melanoma cancer and he has a very good chance of getting this cancer into remission. The meds he has to take for this are very expensive and I don’t know how long he has to take them in order to move to the next stage of treatment.

 

I do know that without treatment he is only given months which is heartbreaking!

 

He is seeking treatment through KU med with an amazing oncology team! 

 

Many of you know him and have been a big part of my life and have known my dad for a long time. I want to be able to give my dad a hug many years down the road and this is the only option I know so I can do that.

 

If you are able to help I know he will truly appreciate the help and any amount helps.

 

I am doing this without him knowing but I just want to say thank you to each and every one of you for your support through this very hard time for my family.
