Help my daughter with lawyer and court fees

My name is Heather, my daughter terrionna and her boyfriend jamaal had been living in this building for a year every day she was texting me about how unsafe and uncomfortable she was, how terrible maintenance is, something was always wrong with the apartment we later found out they were failing multiple inspections and were still renting it out and lying about things, as you all know the building has collapsed terrionna never got to finish getting her things out because they locked her out the apartment because she did not have time to go to court as she was scrambling to find somewhere to live they are saying they still owe for late rent that she refused to pay because of the condition of the building, and not being able to get any of the issues fixed or taken off of her rent , as of today I’m just glad my daughter is safe and was able to get most of her clothes out before it collapsed we will need help on getting lawyer an court fees to get this taken off of her record and so she can sue, all of her furniture has also been thrown away or is in the pile of rubbish as they would not let her in to check if my daughter did not have me and her boyfriends mom she she would of been left homeless, we appreciate any help that we can get and that has been given!
