Help my disabled mother and I get a vehicle

I live with my disabled mother in a car-dependent small town with no access to Uber, Lyft, or any bus or train, and any taxi services here get shut down within months for safety violations. My mother has Ankylosing Spondylitis which is the fusing of the spinal columns, which prevents her from being able to walk long distances, and I have no way of taking her to get what she needs, as well I live too far away to work at any businesses that operate in my area so I have to rely on government assistance to survive and I barely make enough to do so.

When we moved here we had to sell our family car to pay our rent, and since then we've been stranded, with things as simple as doctor's appointments being a massive ordeal to show up for.

This crowdfunding campaign is to give us access to an essential car so that I can better support us and don't have to worry about missed appointments or riding with untrustworthy strangers. Any shares are greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: My aunt says she will be able to pay for half if we're able to meet the goal, so we have a plan rather than having to gamble on used car classified.
