Help My Elderly Parents Rebuild After Fire

My folks lost their home of over 60 years. Everything gone. They have excellent insurance, but I know from experience that there are zillion costs that accrue that need immediate attention that insurance doesn't cover. My folks don't know I'm doing this, but so many people have expressed a desire to help out.

My dad is 93 and my mom is 84. We are heartbroken.
