Help My Family and Home

Hello, this is incredibly hard to do and have never needed help like this before. My beautiful family and I have fallen into a financial hardship that could forever affect our dreams. We purchased our home under our means at the time 3 years ago after moving back home to Kansas after the birth of our daughter Piper. It was early 2020 and we were concerned about what was to come so thought it is best to move back to family and friends. I deployed in 2022 solely to help with some significant medical reasons. When I got back it was still difficult to keep up. I also had to get surgery which prevented me from working my civilian job to the extent enough to cover our bills. We where under forbearance as the mortgage company at that time said it could be added to the end of the mortgage. However recently we found out they had removed that option with no notification to us when we looked to begin payments again. I had fully recovered from surgery and would be able to go back to working 50 plus hr weeks. We now owe 17k in fees and payments or we foreclose. Our house is up for sale but having trouble selling it with current interest rates high. Closing costs is 5k which we don't have and have received a few offers but nobody can pay closing costs. I am hoping we can be supported and help get 5k to maybe be able to sell our house. If maybe our story falls under many sympathetic hearts maybe we can acquire 18k to bring us even so my family can sleep easy knowing we can own a home again. I try so hard to help anyone that needs it and work hard to ensure my family's happiness that maybe what comes around goes around.
