Help my family and I find new a home

Hi, my name is Alyssa. I was born and raised in Toronto and currently studying to get my bachelor degree in design at Humber College.
My parents migrated from the Philippines to provide a better life for my brother, sister and I. My parents never wanted us to worry about money. Ever since I was a child, my parents would work tirelessly every day to take care of us. Because of their hard work, when I was younger my parents eventually was able to buy a house and provide us with their dream of not worrying about what it was like to not have a roof over our heads. We have lived together in our home for 25 years and cherish all our memories growing up in it together.
Currently, my younger brother is starting his college journey as a programming student and my younger sister is still in high school. My father is a baker and my mother is an industry welder. A year ago, she was diagnosed with colon cancer and was off work a few months. Since then she has made a strong and speedy recovery. While my mom still works, share barely gets hours as she in on modified duties for her recovery. My father barely get paid enough as a baker. My family rely on food bank donations to get through the week. My brother and I try to make ends meet working part time with few hours while studying full time.
With these new chapters in our lives, came along new stress about our studies and finances and upon that we had received news that our home is up for foreclosure. My family is sadden by this news and as well, really stressed about our next steps in becoming homeless. Being the eldest daughter I feel the need to protect and help my family get over this hard time. I understand the pressure given to my parents about this situation and the stress my siblings and I undertake while having to worry about not having a home while studying for school.
My parents are in debt to the bank for $250,000 but I only ask if anyone would find it in their heart to help us raise $20,000. I know it barely makes a dent towards the debt, but I know my family and I are not alone in this situation in this economy nowadays. With this donation, I want to be able to help my family find a roof over their heads for the next few months, storage for our cherished belongs and food. Though we will be losing the house, I am happy we have one another to learn on. I am forever going to miss the memories my family and I shared in the house. I would like to give everyone my deepest and sincere thanks and to keep us in their prayers as we try to get over this hard time in our lives.
