Help my family during my brothers passing

Hi, this is Amanda, Steve’s sister. I hate that I’m making this for this reason. Steve passed away on July 16, 2023. Which unfortunately is also his son Alan’s birthday.

He had been in the ICU for about 5 days. We’re still unsure what caused this as the doctors are unsure as well. He was fine and living life prior to being transported to the hospital for a swollen hand/arm. After a couple surgeries, his condition quickly progressed to ending up on a ventilator and organ failure and ultimately his heart stopping. He was on an incredible amount of IV’s and dialysis for his kidneys and nothing was helping. His body shut down.

Our family and I are asking for help during this time as it was extremely unexpected.
