Support My Family in This Time of War in Gaza

Hallo, my name is Wassim, and I am reaching out to the world during one of the most challenging times my family and I have ever faced.

I live in Belgium but originally i am from Gaza, a place where the echoes of war have become a terrifying part of our daily lives. In recent times, the situation has drastically worsened. Our family home is situated in Nuseirat, a place where the situation is extremely perilous. Our familly hous is totally destroyed in North Gaza.

My family has had to flee not once, but three times from the indescribable horror of war and bombardments that have shattered their life. Unfortunately, my mother is sick and needs care, which she couldn't get during the war.

The Gaza Strip lies in ruins, and life there has become impossible for my shattered family.

Today, I am reaching out for your help. I seek to evacuate my family to Egypt, a place where we believe we can find safety and begin to rebuild our lives away from the constant threat of war. However, the journey to safety is fraught with financial and logistical challenges that are beyond our current means.

Each family member requires $5000 USD for the evacuation, and we also require funds for the treatment of my mother and for renting a place for them in Egypt.

Ik woon in België, maar ik kom oorspronkelijk uit Gaza, een plaats waar de echo’s van oorlog een angstaanjagend deel van ons dagelijks leven zijn geworden. De laatste tijd is de situatie drastisch verslechterd. Ons familiehuis ligt in het noorden, nabij het Kamal Edwan-ziekenhuis, en is volledig verwoest.

Mijn familie heeft niet één keer, maar drie keer moeten vluchten voor de onbeschrijfelijke verschrikking van oorlog en bombardementen die hun leven hebben verwoest. Helaas is mijn moeder ziek en heeft zij zorg nodig die ze tijdens de oorlog niet kon krijgen.

De Gazastrook ligt in puin, en het leven daar is onmogelijk geworden voor mijn gebroken familie.

Vandaag vraag ik uw hulp. Ik wil mijn familie evacueren naar Egypte, een plaats waar we hopen veiligheid te vinden en ons leven opnieuw op te bouwen, ver weg van de constante dreiging van oorlog. De reis naar veiligheid is echter beladen met financiële en logistieke uitdagingen die we momenteel niet kunnen overwinnen.

Elke familielid heeft $5000 USD nodig voor de evacuatie, en daarnaast hebben we ook middelen nodig voor de behandeling van mijn moeder en het huren van een verblijfplaats in Egypte.
