Help my family get out of town

My name is Chelsi , currently we are staying at our home less than half a mile from the train derailment site with our 2 children and our animals . We’d like to raise enough money for an rv to stay in until we feel our home is actually safe to be in . We came home right after the evacuation was lifted because we missed our home , we’ve only lived here 2 years and have been happy to call ep home since but with the circumstances just don’t feel that our children should be here . Our little boy is type1 and always seems to get sick and I have no clue how any of these chemicals could affect his little body further . Any help is greatly appreciated.
