Help my family in Gaza
Donation protected
Hello everyone,
My name is Mohammed Alhelou , Palestinian refugee and civil engineer live in Belgium .
First of all , I am writhing this about my family with a heavy heart as my family in Gaza is enduring unimaginable hardships. The war has left them in a desperate situation—devoid of food, fuel, shelter, and essential medical care. Survival is a daily struggle, and the threat of diseases looms large.

In the face of such adversity, I've taken the decision to help them leave Gaza for a chance at a safer and healthier life. However, the financial burdens are overwhelming, especially considering the steep costs, such as $4000 per person, to cross the border from Egypt.
I am raising funds to support my family, who are in Gaza. As many of you - our friends, family, and wider community - have contacted to ask where to donate and how you can be of help, I decided to start this fundraiser.
family is comprised of 28 person , including my older brother and his wife Ronza, along with their four children.
And my sisters:
Samia is accompanied by her son 7 years old .
While Amal and her husbend and 6 kids (3-17 Years) faces the ongoing threat of danger in the north with her entire family.
Heba, with her husband and five children (3-16 yesars).
Hala with her husband and four kids(10-14 Years) .
Marwa with her husband and two children (3-1 years)
And Our youngest engineer Farah make up the dynamic family unit. my father and my mother.
Despite the hardships of the war, all have moved from place to place, seeking safety in the south, except for Amal and her family who, unfortunately, couldn't manage to flee the dangers in the north.
In the midst of the harrowing conflict in Gaza, my family has endured profound tragedies. Our once-beloved home in the north lies in ruins, a casualty of the war. The devastation extends further, with my sister Heba's residence reduced to rubble and my brother Walid's home completely obliterated. Amidst the chaos, Amal and her family find themselves displaced, desperately seeking shelter in a volatile environment.
Adding to the anguish, my youngest sister Farah, who recently returned from the USA after participating in a student exchange program in architectural engineering, now faces a grim reality
Our goal with this donation initiative is to raise €30,000 to help my brother and sisters Walid, Farah, Marwa , Heba and Hala with her 4 kids , who already possess passports and are prepared to embark on a journey towards a more secure future.
Crossing the border to Egypt presents an additional financial challenge, as each person is required to pay up to $4000. This significant cost adds to the financial burden faced by my family seeking safety and stability during these difficult times.
The funds raised through this initiative will be instrumental in covering their travel expenses, offering a lifeline for my family members to seek refuge and rebuild their lives beyond the challenges of the war-torn region.
I humbly appeal to your compassion and generosity. Your donations will not only aid in providing the means for a safe exit but will also offer a lifeline to a family that has endured so much. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a significant impact on alleviating their suffering and providing a glimmer of hope.
