Help us to Evacuate my Family from Gaza and Study Medicine!

Donation protected
Hello, I am Doctor ISRAA EID from Palestine (GAZA).I am writing this after lots of thought and hesitation. But the urgency and need to rescue my family is greater than my resilience, and I am Fundraising to help my family live a good life!

I am desperately seeking your generous support to help me evacuate my family from Gaza Consisting of 14 people .

I am a medical student who was supposed to be in my third year at Al-Azhar University, and I was about to finish it.

I was a member of the International Federation of Medical Students' Associations (IFMSA) in Gaza and participated in workshops, celebrations and all the activities organized by the Union and I was trained there to practice the medical profession and gain experience and save patients. But my university was completely bombed and destroyed, which I dreamed of completing my university studies and my sisters studying in universities, engineering, English language, design, programming, Arabic language and mathematics, and also depriving my brothers from completing studies in schools because of their bombing and destruction.

I am dedicated to staying here and saving lives in Gaza, but now I’ve come to a point where I’m desperate and I URGENTLY and humbly ask you to help me save my family’s life by getting them out of Gaza since there’s no SAFE place in Gaza due to slow deaths by hunger, dehydration, displacement, the spreading of illnesses and the ongoing bombings. Choosing to leave is a very painful decision to make, but the situation has become untenable.

My family had a home.
But they demolished the house!

With the furniture inside, my expensive university books, my dreams in them, and I found my little rabbits with whom I used to spend my time with us, I feel the pressure of studying under the rubble, they were killed by the occupation!

We are now homeless like many others due to the ongoing bombardment in Gaza since 7 October. My family and I have been displaced more than 10 times to the south, as the occupation claims is a safe zone.

When our house was bombed and we miraculously emerged from the rubble, my family and I were seriously injured, and my grandfather, grandmother, uncle, cousins, cousins and other members of my family died.
Our first night away was full of memories. We slept on the hospital tiles among the wounded and the martyrs, between terror and destruction. Then the hospital was bombed and we were displaced to another place

Then we went to a school housing hundreds of displaced people, families over the past 6 months in a school that is now a community refuge for thousands of people trapped in the south. We women and children sleep inside crowded classrooms with families and men sleep in the open in tents set up in the yard. Rainstorms recently flooded our tents with water and then bombed the school and displaced us to another place.
Nowhere safe!!

Then we were displaced again to a large land on the sea where there are tents sheltering the displaced was made a small tent of nylon and the ground is sand in the shadow of winter and bitter cold water enters by the rain, but a tent made of nylon does not protect the residents and the tents were bombed many times and we were displaced again, now every period we are displaced from another area to another area.

My family is sitting in a tent now, a miserable and meaningless life with diseases and an unhealthy environment, I try to help as much as I can the sick, the children and the injured while I am in my tent.

We're running out of time!!
Every day we see death with our own eyes and fear and hope that any truce or ceasefire will occur. Hope to return.

The war has taken everything from us, killed my family, bombed my university, the laboratories of the Faculty of Medicine at Al-Azhar University, my dreams and my memories.
I want, as I have always done, to become a successful physician to treat and care for people and elevate my career to the pinnacle of humanity. My university was destroyed and we have no future left in Gaza, but I still cling to my dream of completing my medical studies outside Gaza.
Now we hope to survive, we hope for the end of the war, we hope to leave the Gaza Strip, and we hope to live a decent life away from bombardment, occupation and destruction.

It's been over 6 months of hell and horror. This genocide has been too long to bear, and our mental health and lives are in constant danger. (I can't describe enough what we've been experiencing, hearing and watching for 200 days now), we have reached a point where we no longer have hope here in Gaza where we unfortunately wait for our turn to die, and even if there is a ceasefire, the destruction in Gaza cannot be repaired immediately.

After surviving the dangers in Gaza, my family and I made the courageous choice to travel outside Gaza. This decision will allow me to pursue my dream of becoming a doctor and provide my brothers with educational opportunities as well.
We desperately need support to leave before the start of the new semester, so I can validate my degree and apply to universities. Unfortunately, the lack of electricity and reliable internet here makes it impossible for me to access my email.
The evacuation fee is really expensive, especially now that I didn't have a source of income. Once we are able to evacuate, your donations will cover our travel expenses and help us get immediate support in Egypt. There will be meal expenses, wardrobe expenses, emergency expenses, etc., but no generous contribution will be lost

To cross the "Rafah" border between Gaza and Egypt, your name must be on the crossing list (paid permit) and coordinators in Egypt who have the ability to add my family names to the list on the border are now asking for between $6,000-9,000 per person! They won't add names until we can prove we have the money ready.

Please help me get it out, I would sincerely appreciate any donation, even small ones that will make a big difference in alleviating our suffering. Please consider sharing my campaign extensively with your family and friends to reach my goal as soon as possible because every second is the risk of death in Gaza. I will forever be grateful for your kind assistance at this difficult time.

Thank you for reading my story. To share my story with your friends and family. There hopefully ceasefire, and we can get the comfort and security we deserve to rebuild our lives. ❤️
