Hello, I'm organising this fund for Hamza and his family. They are 8 people.

Hamza is a 15-year-old Palestinian boy who contacted me on Instagram. He is currently at Deir Al-Balah. He needs money to be able to evacuate Gaza with his family. The money will be used to help Hamza's family leave Gaza.

I'm going to try to raise money to send it directly to Hamza and his family. The money paid into the fund will go into an account in Germany that belongs to a friend of Hamza's brother, I have his IBAN (that's in the UK now, 31 July 2024). He will then arrange for the money to be paid to Hamza and his family to be evacuated. Hamza sent me his birth certificate and I had it checked by people who speak fluent Arabic. He also sent me videos of himself, photos of his whole family, his location on Google Map, and we called each other live on Instagram. This is an emergency situation. The other members of his family did not wish to be photographed in this fund, which is why they are not in the photos. But Hamza showed me all his family.

News of Hamza fetching water on Tuesday 25 June 2024. They often do this with his little brother. Fetching water in the heat is exhausting, but Hamza keeps smiling.

20 August 2024: Hamza's family had to move again because of a message warning the population. Here is a photo of Mustafa in their new location.

The population of Gaza is exhausted by displacement. It's extremely hot in the tents, there are dangerous insects like scorpions and snakes, and you have to be careful with everything.
