Help my family to reach save out of Gaza

My name is Ahmed Khader, I am 29 years old, and I currently live in Belgium. I am originally from Northern Gaza, Palestine. In 2019, I left Gaza in search of a better life and to empower myself to support my family. However, the journey was never easy.

Today, while I am far from my family, I live in an endless nightmare. My family, whom I left in Gaza, is living in unbearable conditions, at the mercy of constant bombings, random rockets, and death that stalks everyone in the region. Every day, I try to convince myself that things will get better and that my family will be okay, but the truth is that the situation is getting worse day by day.

On October 7th, our lives changed forever. A few weeks after the war broke out, my family was forced to leave our home under the threat of constant rockets. They took some clothes and personal belongings with them and fled to Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, and then moved to the Al-Maghazi refugee camp in search of safety. But safety did not find them.

Every moment that passes, I wish this brutal war would end, that the oppression and violations would stop. But the reality is that fear and despair dominate everything, and nothing is getting better. Therefore, I find myself compelled to do anything to protect my family and help them escape Gaza. Unfortunately, I do not have enough money to help them travel to a safe place.

It was never easy to ask for help, but I have no other choice. From the bottom of my heart, I ask you to extend a helping hand in this urgent and dangerous situation. Any donation, no matter how small, can make a significant difference and help save my family's lives.

I also ask you to share this fundraising campaign with your friends and acquaintances so we can reach as many people as possible. Every share has great value, even if it’s with someone you don’t know; they could be the hope we need.

We are a family of 12, including 6 adults and 6 children under 16 years old. To ensure safe passage and provide for the basic needs of every family member, we need:

- €5,000 for each person over 16 years old (6 individuals × €5,000 = €30,000)

- €2,500 for each child under 16 years old (6 children × €2,500 = €15,000)

Total amount needed for coordination: €45,000

Additionally, approximately €10,000 will be allocated to essential expenses such as transportation, shelter, and other humanitarian needs.
