Help my family to survive and evacuate from Gaza

Urgent Appeal for Humanitarian Assistance..

Dear Friends,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Mohanad Abutabikh, and I'm reaching out to you with a heavy heart and an urgent need for help. My family and I reside in Gaza, a place that has been engulfed in unimaginable war and suffering since Oct 7th. The situation here is dire, with each passing day bringing new challenges and hardships that threaten our very survival.

As a result of the ongoing war, my family has endured significant losses. We have been forced to abandon our home and livelihood, leaving us with nothing to call home. The destruction wrought upon our community has left us without shelter, food, or basic necessities, plunging us into a state of desperate need.

With nowhere else to turn, we are reaching out to you for support. Our only hope for safety and security lies in leaving Gaza and finding refuge elsewhere. The only way out is through the Rafah border, which requires passage through Egypt. Regrettably, this journey comes at a steep price, with each person requiring between €6000 to €8000 for safe route.

As a family of five, the total cost of our survival amounts to €80,000—a sum that is far beyond our means. It is very tragic and heavy that our basic human right of surviving war is that expensive. We are faced with the heartbreaking reality that we may never be able to afford the means to leave Gaza and seek safety elsewhere.
