Help my family whose house burned down last night.

Hi everyone my name is DL Brake, and my wife is Lidor Cohen. We tried to post from her profile but it wouldn’t let us. We live in Austin TX but her family lives in Israel and we need your help! I NEVER thought I would have to upload a post like this and I don’t even know where to start. These are her words: “All my life I remember my parents working hard, Going ups and downs on the wheel of life. Trying hard to hold and keep this warm home for us despite all the financial difficulties. They finally finished a mortgage after 20+ years and things began to balance financially. Last night there was a short on an electricity circuit and my little sister’s bedroom caught fire. Everything was up in flames in a matter of minutes and the whole house burned down while everyone was asleep. Thank god my sister woke up in time and everyone is alive !!! My parents and 3 of my 4 young sisters who lived in the house were left with nothing. My sisters leg is burned badly from her blanket that caught fire. My dad’s hands are burned and blistered from trying to get my sisters out of their bedrooms. We really need help to turn our loved home back into a habitable place to live. They are currently living at my grandparents house trying to figure out what to do next. Please open your heart, any help will be more than appreciated. God bless you.”

We truly appreciate the thoughts and prayers during this time as her family does their best to recover. They didn’t have mortgage insurance or anything like that so this is a complete and total loss for them. Their only means of living in their home moving forward is to rebuild from the inside out. We are asking for a miracle. We know this, but we don’t have any other option.
