Help Jamalat Abu Jarad family’s to evacuate GAZA

Hello, my name is Jamalat Abu Jarad , from Beit Lahia, Gaza. I am 49 years old and a mother of four children. My husband was martyred, I lost my son, and many of my brothers were martyred in the Gaza wars.

Our house was completely destroyed in this war a month ago (Gaza War), and we no longer have anything, we lost everything we owned. We have no shelter, and we no longer have anything in Gaza because of the war. The pain and suffering are increasing every day, and the greatest fear is for what remains of my family from this war, especially for my granddaughter, the daughter of my missing son, who is 7 years old, and because she complains of pain every day, and the necessary medicine is not available for her in Gaza’s hospitals, Because medicines are not allowed to enter Gaza and their entry is limited, and she must be operated on as soon as possible so as not to cause worse side effects, and the only hospital that treats such a disease has been destroyed and is not functioning.

We have been deprived of all functions of life in schools inside the Gaza Strip, as there is no food, water cannot be easily obtained, and the necessary treatments are not available as diseases increase and spread within schools. And the crazy rise in commodity prices. Therefore, we do not buy what we need on a daily basis despite its limited availability, and all my family members are inside Gaza. I fear that I will lose them if we stay inside Gaza.

As of late December the evacuation fee ranges between $5,000 and $7,000 per person, before processing and transport fees, and we will pay the higher end of the range because many of us do not have passports . Me and my family asking for 70,000$ based on the following breakdown: an evacuation fee at the Egyptian border of $5,000- $7,000 per person as each day there is a different price for evacuation fee at the Egyptian border, plus a processing fee of $2,000 per person, $2,000 for transportation, and a 2.9% commission fee.

Any amount raised beyond the total will be used to supplement me & my family lives as refugees in Egypt.

I am connected with my donors and contact them through social media, I share my link to my friends, and they share it with more people.

I will use this money to pay the costs of travel, housing and food outside Gaza , and to build a better future for my granddaughter and treat her, and I will be able to build a better future from this sad and devastating reality.

سنة وأم لأربعة أطفال. استشهد زوجي، وفقدت ابني، واستشهد العديد من إخوتي في حروب غزة. لقد دُمر منزلنا بالكامل في هذه الحرب قبل شهر (حرب غزة)، ولم يعد لدينا أي شيء، لقد فقدنا كل ما نملك. ليس لدينا مأوى، ولم يعد لدينا أي شيء في غزة بسبب الحرب. الألم والمعاناة يزدادان كل يوم، والخوف الأكبر هو على ما تبقى من عائلتي من هذه الحرب، وخاصة على حفيدتي ابنة ابني المفقود، البالغة من العمر 7 سنوات، ولأنها تشكو من الألم كل يوم ، والدواء اللازم غير متوفر لها في مستشفيات غزة، لأن الأدوية غير مسموح لها بالدخول إلى غزة ودخولها محدود، ويجب إجراء عملية جراحية لها في أسرع وقت ممكن حتى لا تسبب أعراضا جانبية أسوأ، والوحيد وقد تم تدمير المستشفى الذي يعالج مثل هذا المرض ولا يعمل. لقد حرمنا من كافة وظائف الحياة في المدارس داخل قطاع غزة، فلا يوجد طعام ولا يمكن الحصول على المياه بسهولة، ولا تتوفر العلاجات اللازمة مع تزايد الأمراض وانتشارها داخل المدارس. والارتفاع الجنوني في أسعار السلع الأساسية. ولذلك، فإننا لا نشتري ما نحتاجه بشكل يومي رغم محدودية توفره، وجميع أفراد عائلتي موجودون داخل غزة. وأخشى أن أفقدهم إذا بقينا داخل غزة. لذلك أريد أن أطلب مساعدة إنسانية لمساعدة عائلتي، حتى نصبح عائلة آمنة مرة أخرى، لأنني لا أريد أن أخسر المزيد من عائلتي الحبيبة. سأستخدم هذا المال لدفع تكاليف السفر والسكن والطعام خارج غزة، ولبناء مستقبل أفضل لحفيدتي و معالجتها ، وسأتمكن من بناء مستقبل أفضل من هذا الواقع الحزين والمدمر.
