Help My Fiancé Live- Congestive Heart Failure

This is one of the hardest things I have ever had to type out. On Tuesday August 30th when my family was getting ready for bed, my fiancé Manny cried out of from the bathroom for me to call 911. I rushed to him as he was turning purple and collapsing into our bathroom sink. Our poor 8 year old was right there. It was determined his blood pressure was so high his lungs filled with fluid which turned into pneumonia. He also suffered sever damage to his kidneys and is in heart failure. We basically watched the love of our lives almost die right in front of us. He is on the mend as best as he can be, but the doctors are telling us he is disabled now. He will need oxygen the rest of his life and dialysis for his kidneys. He has no medical insurance. We make to much to qualify for state insurance but not enough to be able to afford private. Our car broke down in the middle of the week while he was in the icu and I have depleted our funds just trying to get it repaired. We desperately need help with rent, utilities, groceries and medical supplies/medications for Manny so he doesn’t leave us.
