Help My Friend in Jamaica Keep His Small Business

Several years ago, I made friends with Lyndon McFarlane, who operates a private tour company in Jamaica. He has driven me all over Jamaica since then, and I am always in awe of his entrepreneurial spirit and positive attitude. 

It's hard to break into the tourism industry in Jamaica, mostly because contracts go to those who are in favor with the government. Despite that, Lyndon raised the money to buy a really awesome bus that seats 25, which he uses for airport pickups, tours throughout Jamaica, and to drive school children on field trips.

All of this stopped for Lyndon when COVID-19 brought the travel industry to a screeching halt. Lyndon does not have any tourists to drive around, nor is he able to take school children out in groups. Until COVID runs its course and tourists can get back to Jamaica again, Lyndon is without a source of income.

I recently learned Lyndon is $1,800 behind on the loan for his bus and I desperately want to help him save it so he does not have to start his business from scratch once coronavirus is over. As a result, I am pledging $500 to his cause. I would love for anyone who has a special place in their hearts for entrepreneurs to do the same.
