Help my friend Jorge he's 10 years old

Hi my name is Benjamin and im raising money for my friend Jorge who is 10 years old just yesterday was diagnosed with Guillain Barre syndrome. They need to pay $8000 for his treatments and this family really do not have a lot. They are from and live in one of the poorest parts of Honduras.
