Help my friend to pay hospital bills
Donation protected
On October 4, 2019, Mr. Tran Van Long was rushed into the ER at Paulo Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand.
He was deeply unconscious for 5 days. The doctor almost gave up! But then miraculously he woke up. The doctor diagnosed him with Pneumonia with Parapnemonic effusion.
Mr. Tran is a Vietnamese asylum seeker. He ran away from Vietnam Communist Government while his son was sentenced 8 years in prison because his son participated in a freedom and human rights advocacy campaign and his wife died due to cancer two years ago.
Mr. Tran spent most of his young age in prison because he enthusiastic participated in freedom and human rights advocacy for Vietnamese people.
He has been alone in Thailand where he working as a porter so that he could barely survive.
Now he is in these tragic circumstances!!
Mr. Tran is my friend as both of us were asylum seekers. I was so distressed for him therefore I temporarily quit my job as a nail technician in Tennessee to fly to Bangkok to take care of him.
He has recovered, but he is still very weak. He needs more treatment and he needs to pay the hospital about 30000 dollars.
But he has no money, therefore my friend, Facebooker LamDong Vu, and I, Phat Tan Hang are writing this letter to ask for donation to help him pay the hospital bill and to buy more medication.
God bless your heart.
