Help my friend with a tracked wheelchair

Hello my name is Steve. I have a friend named Heath Watt and he has MD (muscular dystrophy)and is wheelchair bound. He loves to fish and would love to hunt also. As anyone can tell, being in a wheelchair it is almost impossible to get in the woods. He loves to fish and getting to the bank is out of question. I want to help him get a tracked wheelchair. So he can live the life so many others want. This guy would give the shirt off his back if you needed it. Please help him get a chair? The cost is between $18,000 and $20,000.
