Help My Grandma Help Her Dog Joe Joe

My 90 year old grandmother's dog has some very expensive veterinarian bills and she just doesn't have the money to pay for it. Joe Joe needed to get his mouth checked and the appointment was $250 and that has led to him needing an expensive dental procedure for $800. I don't have the means to help as I'm in no better position and we don't have any other options. This little dog is her whole world and if you can help at all in any small way it would mean so much to her. Thank you!
