Help seek justice and support for my grandfather

Hello. My name is Jonathan. I am the grandson of Carlos Munguia. My 68 year old grandfather was at work on 10/27/2023 in Winchester and Around 2:00pm my grandfather went to go take out the boxes to the dumpster outside when he was approached by a 25 year old man. This man made conversation with my grandfather as he was out there. As my grandfather was walking back to work the male kept making conversation resulting in both of them stopping. About a minute passed and then the 25 year old man proceeded to punch my grandfather in the face for no reason which resulted in my grandfather falling unconscious to the ground and slamming the back of his head on the cement laying unconscious for more than 15 minutes until someone found him. My grandfather is now facing a long road to recovery. The unprovoked attack has resulted in severe facial injuries, including fractures, lacerations, multiple skull fractures, brain bleeding and other complications that have required multiple surgeries. As a result, he is experiencing immense pain and discomfort, and his quality of life has been significantly affected. In addition to the physical injuries, the emotional toll on my grandfather has been devastating. He is struggling to come to terms with the senseless act of violence that he experienced, and it has left him feeling vulnerable and fearful. We, as his family, are doing everything we can to provide him with the support and love he needs during this difficult time. However, the financial burden of medical bills, therapy sessions, and ongoing care is becoming overwhelming for our family.
