Help my husband get justice and protection

On may 3rd, 2021, my husband while working on a landscaping crew was attacked by a passing motorist who got off the car approached him and the other worker and cussed at them for not doing thier job and calling them lazy and other disparaging remarks, my husband told the man to call the manager to complain, the man continued to cuss and harrass them until my husband told him to stop, the man became enraged and attacked my husband by kicking him in the groin and trying to wrestle him to the ground. After the attack, the man went back to his car and yelled at him " get ready for deportation!" A police report was filed, the man was charged with battery but not arrested. 2 weeks later the same man again harrassed the workers. We then filed a restraining order but the man is now claiming he was the victim although we have witnesses and he has filed a restraining order against my husband. We need legal representation to fight this, and get our restraining order because the law system here is very difficult. The mans facebook revealed posts that demonstrated he had xenophobic feelings specifically against mexicans and also biases and prejudices towards other minority groups. Please help us fight this and get accountability and justice for my husband. My husband is a good man, no criminal history, family man and it really effects me when I have to see him suffer by being treated as not fully counted or minimized just because he is from Mexico and has broken English and is a "yardero". For the 8 years we have been married and have a child, I have developed a sense to protect him, from hate, from discrimination, from being overlooked and put down for being a Mexican "yardero". He is an honest hard working man, suffering in the heat over 100 degrees to then have to deal with this kind of garbage. Please help us make a difference for all people like him.
