Help my husband get some life back!

Hi my name is Missy I'm fundraising for Charlie my husband. We are trying to buy a portable oxygen machine with the sponge. We need a machine to give him some of his life back he is on oxygen at all times and he is constantly hooked to an oxygen machine. Please help us get his him some Freedom back. He served two terms in Vietnam. He has COPD and emphysema stage 4. He is always on oxygen and the VA will not pay for a portable oxygen machine. He lives in the bedroom because that's where his oxygen is. So please help! Thank you
