Help My Melody ( cat ) with her surgery

Hi Everyone, I am fundraising for my 6 month old cat who needs help with her surgery please .. now why does she need surgery? Please allow me to tell you her story .. my mother in law gave me a cat and so I was very happy that I have a cat and I decided to name her My melody which her names comes from the character from Sanrio. My melody was just a little baby when I got her and she loves spending time with me and my boyfriend, she loves to play with her toys and she loves to sleep. She also loves to watch anime with us , she’s a very sweet little girl and sometimes she can get mad . She is an outdoor cat and sometimes indoor cat , unfortunately when my melody went outside she started to act weird and we noticed that her tummy was so big and strange until I started to notice that she is getting more and she usually doesn’t eat that much for her food and I did my search that she may have worms inside her stomach and just a few days ago she came back inside and yesterday night we noticed that she has a very big ball near her tail and she started to bleed a lot and she started to do use the bathroom and she was bleeding , she was hiding in a dark area. So today we took her to the hospital for pets and the veterinary told me that she has a small hole that’s why she has been bleeding and that maybe a cat or dog bite her , that she needs to have surgery and it broke my heart that she was suffering so much pain and , I started to cry and I am very worried about her and the doctor staff told me how much is her surgery and I really don’t have all that money for her surgery please help my melody with her surgery .
