Help my Mom adopt me
Donation protected
I first met my son in 2011 when he was almost 3 years old. His dad and I didn't work out then but years later we found eachother again and now we are married and have a little girl as well. When I first came around I didn't think Anthony would come around to having me, but after a while I earned his trust and showed him I wasn't going anywhere and he decided on his own to call me Mom and has ever since. Every doctors appointment, every school function, every illness, bump or bruise - I am the one who takes care of it and him. This child has been my son since the moment I decided to be with his father, that will never change and we don't need a piece of paper to prove that but legally being his parent will help us from having issues with his biological mother once she is out of prison and with all legal situations in the future. Chris and I got married on April 17th 2020 and not even a day later Anthony asked if we can start the adoption process for me to legally be his Mom, this isn't just for me, it's for the both of us. Although we would love to go through with the process ASAP with everything going on and our financial responsibilities we will not be able to move forward with the Adoption as quickly as we would like to. So that's why I am writing this. I do not expect anything from anyone, but if you know our family and know our story and would like to contribute to helping us move forward faster with Anthony's adoption, we would be forever grateful. We are so ready for this part of our lives. Thank you for taking the time to read &/ share this.
