Help my mom pay for portable oxygen tank

My mom is currently still hospitalized and recovering from Covid 19 pneumonia. Upon release she will require an oxygen tank that will give her a good quality of life.

She needs to purchase a portable “Fanny pack” tank for when she has to go to doctors appointments or any activity that is not home bound. The total cost is $2500 and my parents are both retired and on a limited income. We would appreciate any assistance for this cost that you can spare. Thanks so much for your help!
