Help my mom to find a place to live

A few days ago a pipe burst upstairs in our apartment when my mom was at work and flooded her bedroom,living room, and kitchen. I tried to upload a video of it but it would not work so I had to take a screenshot that's why the photo is so bad, she lost all of her clothes,shoes,childhood photos of herself and us,her kids, and three TVs. While the apt people were ripping up the carpet to install fans we discovered a horrendous amount of black mold all over the apt. The apt people wont do anything about this and have no extra apts to put us in so we are staying in hotels worried about where we will have to live. My mom needs to re buy clothes, scrubs,food,toiletries, and more she has to completely start over and buy everything that was ruined. We kindly ask that you will donate even $1, anything helps.
