Help my mother get her licence to walk

My mother, Sarah, has multiple sclerosis, which gives her excruciating muscle spasms that make it almost impossible for her to move. She is wheelchair-bound and currently unable to walk for periods longer than a few seconds, even with assistance. Even moving her arms and neck is difficult a lot of the time.
However, since she has been prescribed medical marijuana, she has shown improvement in her ability to move.
But her licence expires on 14 March, the day after I write this, and the fee for renewing it is $150.00. My family is scraping by, and we are being forced to choose between my mother's needed medication and other basic necessities.
There's a lot she needs to get done. Without the licence, we could fall on even harder times. Please contribute to make sure my mother doesn't lose her ability to move.
