Help my mother move to feel happy and free again

Hello everyone, my name is Tyler and my mothers name is Catherine (cat), my mum is a 55 year old woman that has fibromyalgia and that has worked herself ragged most of her life, my mum has worked mostly everyday from 15 and somehow still left with nothing, she is the most caring, hardworking women and would do anything possible to help anyone and everyone.. my mum was left with a lot of debt from 2 ppl paying to just her and no matter how much she worked and tried her best to provide for me and my brother she couldn’t keep up with it all and unfortunately suffered a stroke at 48 due to stress, she somehow continued to work every day and minimum wage to survive and the toll has resulted in her getting weaker and tried and having TIA’s and has slipped into a deep deep depression, I have discovered the house to have become damaged and over loaded and falling down as a result of her not being able to look after it or feeling happy enough to do so. The bank has told my mother more than once that she is at risk of loosing the house due to the debt and I’ve tried everything to get them to hold off but it’s only so long, I have managed to convince her to stop working for her health and the dr has signed her off for 4 weeks and no doubt will extend that longer but she is so so scared and fragile and confused I just want my mum back, I’m worried she will work herself to death and be homeless! She is trying to sell the house but with the damage and the debt there isn’t enough at all for a new house
Where the funds will go?
The funds will be separated into 3 different sections
1. She will pay off her debt and be semi stressed free
2. Rent or towards a house without a mortgage!
3. She will need help like rails and stair lift if stairs as she struggles to walk upstairs and some plants for a scented garden as she is visually impaired and that makes her happy
Even if only a little is raised anything helps, me and my mum are truly grateful that you even took the time to read this, I wish my mum had more in life and this wasn’t needed considering everything she’s been through and no help but it’s my last chance to help thank you
