Help my neighbour get a new mobility scooter

Hi, my name is Svjat and I am raising funds for my neighbour whose mobility scooter got stolen from her house, vandalised and destroyed in the nearby Sutcliffe Park. I felt sick to my stomach as I was reading her recent Facebook post - 3 masked boys stole her mobility scooter, then broke it and dumped into the river. This was a completely unprovoked attack on someone's property, very cruel to the person who can't walk and was using it every day as a means of transportation. This is shocking and beyond my understanding as to why anyone would ever do that to another person.

This story touched me deeply and I am starting this page to raise funds for a new mobility scooter for my neighbour. Please chip in if you can to show there's still kindness in this world - let's restore faith in humanity and show we're a strong and united community.
