Help my sister in law and brother

Hello. My name is Bri and I would like to ask for your help. This is not for myself. I am asking for help for my brother and sister in law. They have reached the bottom of the pit and I am trying everything in my power to help. My brother went in for surgery in early Sept. A problem occurred which caused him to be hospitalized for almost 4 months. To cut the very long story short, my brother is now in a vegetative state. This has caused such hardship for his wife, my sister in law and friend. Her sole income is not enough to keep afloat. Please find it in your heart to help in any way you can.
