Help bury Mariasia and with housing her sibling

I am reaching out for help because my family is in need of any help we can receive. My niece Mariasia Denise Thomas experienced a fatal gunshot to the head on 4/12/2019. At the time of the incident Mariasia was in state custody where she has been a little over a year. I feel as though my niece has been crying out for help the last 3 months of her life. She just wanted to be home with her family. My niece and her siblings were not taken due to neglect of my sister and all she needed to bring them home was a place to live. She was having trouble moving due to credit issues and was never offered any assistance until Mariasia was in ICU at CHOA  fighting for her life. I was currently at the time going through the testing and investigation process so that I could allow Mariasia to live with me. We just got a call a week later stating she was being hospitalized and they didn’t have any where for her to go. I then inform the case worker I was waiting on their directions and that she could always bring Mariasia to me. Mariasia was moved from her foster home where she had been for a year. There she was thriving, full of life, and had her own room and space. They moved Mariasia from this home unexpectedly no explanation given. Two weeks later she was being rushed to the hospital suffering from a tramautic gunshot wound. My niece was only 7 years old and all she wanted was to be with her family. Please help me help my sister bury her child and bring Mariasia’s siblings home. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
